The Mansion House offers 30 richly appointed bedrooms ranging from Classic Bedrooms to Suites, with en-suite bathrooms and estate views. Additional luxury five-star accommodation is available in four Estate Houses, ideal for teams or VIP guests, available on B&B or self-catering basis.

At the heart of the Mansion House is the Elphinstone Room, a traditional first-floor function space filled with natural daylight and overlooking the estate grounds. Featuring a high decorative ceiling, chandeliers, original shutters for blackout and classic mansion house décor, the room provides an elegant setting for meetings, private dining, presentations and conferences.
The Music Room at Carberry Tower offers another beautiful first-floor space rich in historic character. With extensive built-in bookcases and a traditional 16th-century fireplace, the room reflects the heritage of the house. It also features an original pipe organ and interconnects with the Drawing Room and Library Lounge, making it ideal for small meetings, private dining or breakout sessions.

Carberry Tower Banqueting Pavilion for larger events
For larger events, the Banqueting Pavilion at Carberry Tower offers a spacious and flexible event room capable of hosting up to 150 guests. The space benefits from natural daylight, adjustable lighting, heating and modern flooring. Facilities include a bar, PA system with handheld microphone, Wi-Fi and accessible toilet facilities, making it suitable for conferences, gala dinners, awards nights and large private celebrations.
At Carberry Tower, the estate also features the Parterre Suite, which can be hired as one large space or divided into two areas: the Parterre Hall and the Parterre Room. The Parterre Hall has direct access to the Champagne Terrace and is ideal for social gatherings, BBQ events and receptions that flow between indoor and outdoor space. The Parterre Room provides a quieter and more private setting suited to meetings, private dining, and smaller events.
For outdoor events at Carberry Tower, the Champagne Terrace and Rose Garden offer a picturesque setting overlooking the estate grounds. The terrace features a built-in fire pit and festoon lighting, making it an excellent space for summer receptions, outdoor networking events, drinks gatherings and BBQ-style events. Exclusive use of Carberry Tower includes all 30 bedrooms located within the Mansion House itself, accommodating up to 73 overnight guests across a mixture of single rooms, classic and executive bedrooms and luxury suites. Exclusive use provides complete privacy and dedicated access to all Mansion House and estate facilities, ensuring uninterrupted corporate meetings, workshops or team retreats.
